Charles A. Bierbach
Attorney Bierbach has practiced in several legal areas. He worked for Legal Services Corporations in various parts of Pennsylvania. He also taught Civil Legal Practice at Temple University in Philadelphia. He then practiced both Civil and Criminal Law in Huntingdon and surrounding Pennsylvania Counties. He has since concentrated his practice in the area of Bankruptcy Law, and he primarily practices in the United States Bankruptcy Courts for both the Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania. Since 1998, he has been a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee administering Bankruptcy Cases in a five County area of the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Bierbach also handles Personal Injury, Civil Litigation, Estates, Municipal Law.

Attorney Bierbach is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and before every court in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States District Courts for the Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
Attorney Bierbach graduated from Allegheny College in Meadville , PA with a BA in English in 1969. He then graduated from the University of Pittsburgh , School of Law with a Juris Doctor in 1972. Attorney Bierbach has been licensed to practice law since October 5, 1972.
Attorney Bierbach is Solicitor for the townships of Brady, Shirley and Tell in Huntingdon County, the Borough of Newton Hamilton in Mifflin County, the Huntingdon County Federal Credit Union and the Independent Correction Officers of Pennsylvania.
